Welcome, Dr. Prengler!

We are excited to announce that Dr. Rebecca Prengler has joined Karam Pediatric Group, starting this month!  Dr. Prengler is an outstanding physician who graduated from UT San Antonio School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency training at Washington University in St. Louis. After moving to Dallas, she worked for the practice Girls to Women Health and Wellness, and she currently serves as the Pediatrics Clerkship Director for the Texas A&M School of Medicine, Dallas Campus.   She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, has multiple publications in the pediatric literature, and greatly enjoys teaching medical students.  As an aside, one of her former students was my daughter Ann Marie, who will join my practice in 2 years!

She is married to Dr. Richard Markus, who is a pediatric cardiologist at Medical City, and they are the proud parents of an active 3-year-old boy!

I am fortunate to have found Dr. Prengler to work with me and my patients. She is an outstanding pediatrician and person, and I know you will enjoy meeting her.  If you see her in the office, please introduce yourself and your kids as we welcome her to Karam Pediatric Group.
